Your content isn’t an execution problem. It’s a structural one

A two-week diagnostic for B2B marketing leaders who suspect their content system—not their writers—is what’s holding pipeline back.

The Diagnostic

The Two-Week Diagnostic

In two weeks, you get a clear, written diagnosis of why your content program isn’t producing the commercial outcomes it should—and what to change in the next 90 days to fix it.

You walk away with:

  • A strategic memo (10–15 pages)
Written for an executive reader. A diagnosis of what’s structurally wrong, what capabilities are missing, and where your current model is breaking.

  • A 90-day intervention plan
What to stop, what to double down on, and what to redesign—sequenced with owners and dependencies.

  • A 90-minute readout
With you and your stakeholders. Direct, practical, and decision-focused.

This isn’t a content audit.

It’s a program-level diagnosis you can take to your CEO, your board, or your next budget conversation.

How the engagemert runs

Week 1 — Inputs and signal

I review the last 6–12 months of your content, your briefing process, your team structure, and the commercial outcomes content is meant to drive.

I run three short interviews—typically:

  • one with sales

  • one with a customer-facing operator

  • one with a founder or executive

This captures the demand-side signal that should be shaping content—but usually isn’t.

Week 2 — Diagnosis and redesign

I map the structural patterns, identify where the system is breaking, and design the intervention.

You get the memo.
We walk through it together.

No discovery sprawl. No padded phases. No extra modules.

For

  • B2B SaaS, platforms, and professional services companies with an active content program (typically 12+ months running)

  • Marketing leaders, founders, or content directors with budget authority

  • Teams producing consistently—and getting less impact than they should

Not for

  • Companies looking for writing or production support

  • Agencies looking to subcontract deliver

  • Teams whose instinct is “we need more content” rather than “we need a better system”

Who’s running this

I’m Asavin Wattanajantra.

I’ve spent 15 years inside B2B content systems—cybersecurity journalism at Dennis Publishing, Microsoft developer content at Metia, and eight years at Sage.

Most of that time has been spent inside programs that produce a lot—and move very little.

This diagnostic is built to fix that.

I write a publication called The Editorial Operator on how editorial works as strategic infrastructure inside B2B organisations. That’s the framework applied here.
